Okay, okay… I know what you’re thinking: “Nina, more change? Can we keep up?” And honestly? I get it. But I promise—it’s me, not you.
Surprise (but not that kind of surprise): I’m moving again! But before you spiral, let me calm your nerves—this is the chillest move ever. I’m still in the same building, offering the same high-quality massage treatments you’ve come to love. The only difference? I’ve officially upgraded to my own private suite!
Where’s the new spot?
It’s right on the first floor of the Brookwood building, just to the left when you walk in. Easy, breezy, no elevator needed. Look for the cozy executive office suite—soon to be transformed into the kind of wellness haven you didn’t know you needed.
Now, before you ask:
Am I leaving Empower?
Nope! Empower has been an amazing collective and I’ll always be grateful for the connections and healing that have happened there. This new space is simply the next step—a little more me, a little more experience-driven, and a whole lot of possibility.
So what’s coming next?
Glad you asked! This new suite is the foundation for some exciting new offerings I’ve been dreaming up. Think:
Collaborations with IV therapy specialists, aestheticians, lymphatic pros, and yoga instructors
Occasional pop-up events
Maybe even some virtual goodies like sound bowl meditations, stretch + mobility classes, and Q&As with some of ATL’s best care providers

And yes... I’ve been a little MIA lately.
If you’ve noticed I’ve been slow to reply, it’s because I’ve been booked and busy—with new celebrity clients (what is life?!), loyal regulars, and so many new faces. I’m also doing that whole “being a human who takes breaks” thing, so I can keep showing up for you as my best self.

My calendar is up-to-date as always, and if you see new services like lymphatic drainage or face massage on the site but can’t book yet—it’s because they’re coming soon! I’m planting the seeds for what’s next.
